Yes and no. If your card is flagged for fraud and you didn't make those transactions, no worries, there's no charge for a replacement. If your card is just worn out, most of the time there's no charge for a replacement either. But if you happen to lose your VISA debit card, there's a $10 replacement fee.

It can also withdraw money from your savings account, if you have it set up that way when you ask for a card. Yes. In order to use your debit card outside the country, please message through online banking or stop by one of our branches for a quick signature.

Members can change their debit card pin number by calling 1-800-567-3451. Please make sure to have your debit card with you while attempting to change your pin.

If your debit card is lost or stolen during our operating hours of 9:00am to 5:00pm you can call the credit union at 207-782-7192. If the credit union is closed, you can still call 800-472-3272 to report your debit card lost or stolen.
